Amy Dean, CYT, believes that Yoga is the universal owner's manual for the body, mind and spirit. She helps students use yoga to energize the body, quiet the mind and awaken the spirit by transforming their practices into a moving meditation.
Amy was certified to teach yoga through Moksha Yoga. She has studied with yoga masters Daren Friesen, Tias Little, Seane Corn, Aadil B. Palkhivala, Elesa Commerse and Andrew Harvey.
She teaches Vinyasa on Saturdays from 12:30-2:00 p.m. She is skilled at adapting the class to suit each student's unique needs, so all are welcome.
