Nature Yoga Sanctuary
- Patricia Hyland's Pre-Natal course on Tuesdays at 2:15pm is now cancelled.
- The 10am Thursday class is now a one hour/15 minute Anusara course taught by Sara Strother.
- Hot Vinyasa on January 3rd is being replaced with a special "Yoga For Friends" class, this day only. It will continue on a regular schedule starting Jan. 10th.

Second Nature
• The Tuesday 6pm Vinyasa/Hatha class with Michelle Tupco at Second Nature is currently cancelled until further notice beginning 12/12/08.
