New to yoga, or want to get reacquainted? Try our 4 week series covering the basics of yoga including proper alignment of basic poses, modifications for injuries, and helpful breathing techniques. Information builds week-by-week, so attendance to all 4 classes in the series is recommended. This is a basic yoga class suitable for most levels, including those with no prior yoga experience. Class size is limited, so please register early! This series can be taken one time, or many times depending on your needs!
