Family Yoga (Ages 5-8)

Family Yoga class will be geared towards the older child. Yoga poses, breathing and meditation will be explored through the use of yoga games. Each month we will explore a new theme to help focus the class. Example themes include, “winter games”, “spring fever”, “fall harvest”. The class will begin with an ice breaker and a fun warm-up and will end with guided relaxation. Each child should be accompanied by an adult, however, unlike story time yoga each adult can participate with 1-3 children. Intended ages 5-8.
