Every time we eat, we have an opportunity to nourish mind, body, and spirit! Learn to make meals matter more! Join Charlotte Hammond, MS, RD, LDN, RYT, Registered Dietitian and Hatha Yoga instructor, in nourishing mind, body, and spirit with mindful eating practice. Mindful eating is, simply, bringing mindfulness to the eating experience. When we slow our eating, focus on food, and allow ourselves to be present, we are able to be truly nourished-- improving digestion, reducing stress, and connecting with the life that was sacrificed for our own. Mindful eating reminds us that with every bite, every day, we have an opportunity to reflect and experience deep nourishment. A small snack will be served for educational purposes
