The yoga therapy approach to healing includes understanding the body holistically in its five layers of existence, where an issue with one layer effects the others. Practice deep self awareness and learn to care for your low back and hips using yoga therapeutic techniques that include internal alignment, stretching, strengthening, breathing and meditation in this two hour workshop. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners.
