Maha Sadhana "The Great Practice"

with Gopi Om

The divine and eternal practices of yogi Sri Dharma Mittra are the basis for this workshop, which translated means "The Great Practice," and includes philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and relaxation. Philosophy creates focus and shared intention. Asana practice invigorates, stretches, and strengthens the entire body as postures are repeated to create opportunities to deepen the experience of yoga in the body. Breathing techniques are included to calm the mind and invigorate the body. Mantras and meditation techniques offer stimulation to access the subtler levels of consciousness. Deep healing relaxation is offered to restore energy and vitality. We end as a group with mantra and joyful offerings to the divinity in all beings.
