The practice of yoga increases strength and flexibility, reduces stress and improves your posture, allowing the body to be in harmony, connecting breath and movement; enabling an over-all sense of well-being. This workshop will be offered in Spanish from fluent native-speakers to those hoping to practice the language are welcome. The practice will be based on Vinyasa style for all levels.
Sheila Montiel comes from a Venezuelan family, where she learned Spanish as her native language. In 2010 she began her yoga practice and has been completely emerged in this fascinating discipline. In 2014 she became RYT200 certified through her mentor Gopi Om, a disciple of Sri Dharma Mitra. Sheila has been devoted to sharing all the benefits that yoga has brought into her life. Sheila assists her mentor during workshops, and has had the great joy of taking part of intensive training led by Sri Dharma Mitra and other trainings offered by his disciples in New York, Chicago and Costa Rica.
