Restore your energy, refine your will power, relax into the real you. Practice restorative yoga and yoga nidra in this monthly, hour long class. Expect to practice a few restorative yoga poses and yoga nidra, yoga sleep. Nidra is a practice intended to bring the mind into deeper states of being, with relaxation and healing as added benefits. Combining both practices is deeply relaxing and transformative. No experience necessary.
Mia Park encourages self-discovery through yoga. Her intention behind teaching yoga is to facilitate holistic health through self-awareness and integration. Mia has over 1,500 hours of teacher training in several yoga systems that include tantra, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, trauma informed yoga, yoga for seniors, restorative, children's yoga, alignment, pranayama, meditation and Ayurveda. She weaves together her broad and deep education to create an accessible, focused yoga practice. Mia also practices daoist taiji.
