Overcome Anxiety: 4-Week Session

The Overcome Anxiety Clinic is a 4-week series designed to share tools from yoga and neuroscience that can empower people to take control of their symptoms of anxiety. This class is perfect for those who worry excessively, struggle from insomnia, suffer from regular anxiety and panic attacks, or have other manifestations of trauma or anxiety related issues. This clinic is a four-week series:

Sarah Damiano, RYT-500, TIYT, is a teacher, traveler, bodyworker, artist, and a forever-student. She has studied yoga for more than a decade, most recently through Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) with Joseph and Lilian LePage, and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT) with Genevieve Yellin. She has previously studied Iyengar in Chicago with Gabriel Halpern, ViniYoga in Sonoma with Mirka Kraftsow, Thai bodywork at the Old Thai Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and yoga therapy at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.

Sarah specializes in therapeutic yoga for stress management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. Her classes integrate music, meditation, breath-work, body scans, mudra, and mindfulness techniques into the physical asana practice in order to facilitate a deeper sense of connection between the body, the breath, the mind, and the spirit.

**Refund Policy- In order to retain class credit, please cancel within 24 hours of workshop by emailing info@natureyoga.com. Refunds will not be issued for no call/no shows

** Studio Cancellation Policy- Special events and workshops require a minimum number of students to attend in order to take place. If you are interested in a workshop, we encourage you to register early. We will notify you and issue a full refund 24-48 hours in advance if a workshop is canceled due to low registration.
