People often say Yogi's look young and it is true for many reasons. Abhyanga, the art of Ayurvedic oil massage can help with joint pain, sore muscles, and damaged skin. Abhyanga can also help with digestive issues, nervous system issues, and eye sight. In this workshop you will find out what your Dosha or ayurvedic constitution/makeup is, what oils to use for self massage, and the proper techniques to apply the oil. We will then move through an effective asana sequence incorporating deep twists and cleansing breath techniques. After the practice, enjoy a cup of detoxifying herbal tea. Please bring a yoga mat towel, wear clothes you don't mind getting oil on, and wear loose fitting clothes that will allow you to put oil on your entire leg, stomach and back.
