We use our shoulders all the time in our daily lives— in both known and unknown ways. In this practice we will learn how to balance their inherent flexibility with strength to create lasting shoulder mobility for many asanas to come. We will break down the three major classifications of movements in the shoulder girdle and work towards freedom and ease in all directions so you can backbend, handstand, plank or simply just hug whoever you want to! Suitable for all levels.
