This two- week class prepares expectant parents to move through their labor's in an informed way. The classes are designed to help them understand the birth process and know what options are available to them. Every week students will learn hands on comfort measures to help the mother through the labor process as well as how to make informed choices.

Natalie Evans is a certified Childbirth Educator through ALACE (Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators) and birth doula. She has enjoyed the rewarding work of teaching and being a doula for almost 12 years. Along with her birth work she also enjoys the exciting and difficult job of being the mother of two children, one born at Evanston Northwestern hospital and one a home water birth. She is currently studying to become a Wild Foods Instructor and is a natural movement enthusiast.
**Refund Policy- In order to retain class credit, please cancel within 24 hours of workshop by emailing email@example.com. Refunds will not be issued for no call/no shows
** Studio Cancellation Policy- Special events and workshops require a minimum number of students to attend in order to take place. If you are interested in a workshop, we encourage you to register early. We will notify you and issue a full refund 24-48 hours in advance if a workshop is canceled due to low registration. Thank you!
