Sankalpa Saturday Night

Sankalpa Saturday Night.png

Spend extended time on your mat on Saturday Night, January 12th! Sankalpa translates to Intention. The beginning of a new year is a perfect time to set new intentions and reconnect to what you would like to focus on. During this 3 hour practice we will move, meditate, and breath in a mindful way. Exploring these things with extra time allows for a deeper practice and reflection. The first half will be Asana based with a live musician. The second half will be dedicated to guided breathing practices and meditation.
