Join in this practice of Yin-style yoga, infused with meditation technique and practice. Yin postures are gentle, intentional, and held with long duration. As with the teachings of the five elements and as with the ideology of yin and yang used in Chinese medicine, Yin yoga promotes energetic clearing of blockages and increases circulation. Explore the polarities of a whole. One cannot live without the other: soft and hard, cold and warm, female and male, dark and light, all which bring us into a balanced being.


Tania Hughes is a yoga instructor, and a practicing massage and craniosacral therapist who brings 15 years of bodywork experience to her classroom.

**Refund policy- In order to retain class credit, please cancel within 24 hours of workshop by emailing No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made the day of the workshop or for no shows.

**Studio Cancellation Policy- Special events and workshops require a minimum number of students to attend in order to take place. If you are interested in a workshop, we encourage you to register early. We will notify you and issue a full refund 24-48 hours in advance if a workshop is canceled due to low registration.
