Emily Rezetko found yoga in college while studying dance performance and human physiology. She struggled with quieting the mind and letting go of physical and mental tension but once she began practicing regularly she found that her anxiety had reduced, an improvement in sleeping patterns and a stronger physical body. Eager to share this practice with others, Emily completed her teacher training at Nature Yoga in March of 2014 with Mark Lerro. She has completed further trainings in sequencing and anatomy with Rich Logan, Amber Cook and Diana Oppenheim, therapeutics with Gabriel Halpern, chair yoga with Jane Musgrave, Restorative yoga with Lisa Sandquist, and yoga nidra with Mia Park. She strives to provide an accessible yoga practice for all levels and abilities through a creatively sequenced class. Emily has also been a manager of Nature Yoga since 2015.
