    Journaling acts like a counselor, lending fresh perspective. Journaling can help interpret dreams. Reveal and release tension in the body that correlates with thought patterns. Tania Hughes is a massage and craniosacral therapist who weaves twenty years of experience as a bodywork practitioner into her yoga classroom.

**Refund Policy- In order to retain class credit, please cancel within 24 hours of workshop by emailing info@natureyoga.com. Refunds will not be issued for no call/no shows

** Studio Cancellation Policy- Special events and workshops require a minimum number of students to attend in order to take place. If you are interested in a workshop, we encourage you to register early. We will notify you and issue a full refund 24-48 hours in advance if a workshop is canceled due to low registration.
