Join Cassi and Veronica for this 20 hour in-depth, comprehensive pre/postnatal training that will prepare trainees to guide yoga students through the first year from conception to postpartum. In this training we will break down the essential practices for safe class planning that empowers and relaxes pregnant and postpartum students.
This well-rounded training will focus on a range of topics that include the physical, emotional and mental aspects of gestation and parenthood with additional studies in hands-on adjustments, birth, birth preparation, infant massage, pelvic floor wellness and more.
This training is geared towards those who have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, but is also a great opportunity for anyone who is planning a family to enhance their experience through the practice of yoga.

Cassi Stuckman is a pre and postnatal teacher, a certified infant massage therapist and birth doula. An avid pelvic floor nerd she believes it is important for the collective to mother mothers. Cassi believes babies are spiritual teachers who teach us how to breathe, hold eye contact and live in the moment.
Veronica Rottman Stevens is a mother of two boys, pre and postnatal teacher, a certified birth doula with over 7 years of experience and a breastfeeding counselor. Through her postpartum recovery journey she has also developed a great reverence for the pelvic floor and believes that if we give mothers the support, love and respect they deserve the world will change for the better in big ways. She is still deeply moved every time she has the privilege of witnessing a family see their baby for the first time.
