Welcome to Nature Yoga Sanctuary! We want to provide you with a few tips to help you have a great experience at Nature:

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Shoes off at the door, socks off in the studio, yoga is practiced with bare feet.

Please turn your cell phone off before you enter the studio.

We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. Nature Yoga is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

You can eat a snack before you arrive but a meal is not recommended before you practice.

We have all the equipment you need - mat and towels available for rent and other props free for your use! You may like to have your own so we also have options for sale.

Try new postures or exercises but listen to your body's limitations.

Ask questions if you don't know - you'll learn more and receive more.

If you have a good experience, come back! To receive great benefits, practice more.

Be sure to speak with an instructor one on one prior to class if you have any injuries, medical conditions or other health concerns. This way they may safely guide you through the postures.

If you are pregnant, please talk with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. If you choose to attend yoga class while pregnant, you are welcome to attend any of our classes, but it is very important that you let your instructor know you're pregnant prior to the start of class.

Leave your fears at the door and enjoy yourself!

Intro level classes are scheduled on
