New to yoga?
The Introduction to Yoga Series is a great way to learn "the basics" of yoga and get you started on the right track. To help you build a foundation and get you ready we offer a 10 class series. 5 classes will get you on your way, 5 more will allow you to explore different classes and teachers. So, you'll finish the first 5 intro classes in the series and then choose an additional 5 to build upon your new skills.
