Kate finished her 200 hour training in 2012 and has been teaching since. Initially a power vinyasa teacher, Kate now teaches yin, prenatal, ashtanga, and mindful practices. Kate completed her 500 hour yoga training at Moksha Yoga Center, where she studied under teachers including Rich Logan (mindful practices), Morgan Lee (ashtanga), and the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga (85 hours). Kate practices every style from ashtanga to kundalini to restorative. You can expect an anatomically aware, fun, and blissed out experience from Kate's classes. Yogis of all levels are welcome!
