Michael McEvoy
Michael McEvoy has been a student of yoga since 2001. In his classes you will find a dynamic blend of asana, pranayama and meditation. He has been influenced by many styles of hatha yoga including Forest, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pure Yoga, Universal Freestyle, and Iyengar. While his classes are dymanic, invigorating and uplifting, they are also subtle, scientific and explorative. He maintains that breath and awareness are the two most fundamental aspects of all yoga, and to unite them, one realizes their ultimate potential.
