4 Week Series
at Nature Yoga

This 4 week series offers an introduction to the basics of yoga such as alignment, breathing, and philosophy, laying a firm foundation upon which to build your yoga practice.

At Nature Yoga Sanctuary, you can explore yoga basics in a safe and supportive environment. We offer two Intro courses per week (Sundays & Wednesdays) and suggest you choose one to attend throughout the select month. However, you are welcome to switch it up and attend either if scheduling conflicts arise.


You may purchase our intro series class package for $60
Price includes four Yoga 101 classes,
plus a fifth FREE class of your choosing,
pick from class offered on our schedule!

Although no pre-registry is required to attend the Yoga 101 series, we do reccomend that your first time here at Nature Yoga you arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign-in and fill out a new student form. And while we reccomend that you build your skills throughout a four week course, please note that all Yoga 101 Intro classes may also be attended individually at a regular walk-in rate of $16.
